These are not balloons that you can fill with helium and float on a string. They use a straw to inflate with air and sit on a plastic stand. But at http://www.whatchuneed.com.htm, you can put a photo on a mylar balloon and inflate it with helium to float alone or in an arrangement. And they ship anywhere!
